A name or location entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider that operates that feature. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. Morehouse Parish Criminal History does not retain or record those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email or contact submission may be kept as long as needed to answer it. Messages remain within the organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.
Data We Gather Automatically

No Criminal-Record Data on File
Morehouse Parish Criminal History does not maintain, compile, or sell a database of individual criminal records. It identifies official access points such as the Morehouse Parish Sheriff's Office, Fourth Judicial District Court, Louisiana State Police Bureau of Criminal Identification and Information, and Louisiana State Sex Offender and Child Predator Registry. Access to agency records remains governed by the Louisiana Public Records Law and other applicable limits, while BCII dissemination follows Louisiana R.S. 15:587. Visitor information is not turned into a criminal-history file or consumer report. This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Information submitted through one of those tools is governed by that provider's privacy terms rather than this policy. Each provider controls its own retention, processing, and disclosure practices. Review those terms before sending a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the Morehouse Parish Sheriff's Office, court portals, Louisiana agencies, legal assistance resources, or outside search services. Once you leave this service, the destination's privacy policy applies. Review it before providing personal information.
Some advertising companies may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and select interest-based advertisements. Their tracking practices are outside our control.
